Returns Policy

Returns Policy: Return your full priced online purchase within 30 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund for the product. Unless faulty, all returned items must be in their original condition. Sorry, we don't offer exchange. Please note, we cannot offer a change of mind refund on Sale items.

Step 1: Read and Agree to returns policy

Do you meet the below criteria? If so check the box and move on to printing your label. At this time, we are not able to accept returns in store, but we are working on it!

1. Within timeframe

Item was returned within 30 days of purchase.

2. Product Condition

The item has not been worn, marked, used or damaged, and includes all original tags, stickers and packaging.

3. Online Only

Item was purchased via the offical ozmosis.com.au online store.

STEP 2: Pack & Label your item(s)

Any items being returned need to have an Australia Post returns label on them. You can generate this label by following the link below.
