We're sorry your purchase wasn't quite right! Good news, Ozmosis offers a free and easy 2-step return process for full-price items if you change your mind. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on our online store.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a full refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Items must be purchased online from ozmosis.com.au
- Items must be unworn, unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes and shoe boxes. Attaching tape or return labels directly to the product packaging will void return eligibility.
Please allow 7–10 days for your refund to be processed before contacting customer service. Please note that items that do not meet the Refund Policy will be returned to sender.

Exchange Policy
As we, unfortunately, do not offer online exchanges, you must place a new order via www.ozmosis.com.au. You can also exchange in-store for equal value.
