Returns Policy

Our warehouse remains open to accept your returns. Please allow 7 - 10 days for your refund to be processed before contacting customer service.

We're sorry it wasn't quite right! But good news, Ozmosis is committed to customer satisfaction, that’s why we made it a free & easy 2 step process.

Change of mind returns: Return items from your online purchase within 30 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund for the product. All returned items must be in their original condition. Sorry, we don't offer exchange online at this time...HOWEVER, you are able to exchange a product that wasn’t right in any of our stores for equal or greater value (if exchanging for a product of greater value, the price difference must be paid in store). Product must be in original condition with proof of purchase and original tags attached.  

Faulty Item returns: Return your faulty online purchase within 30 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund for the product AFTER the item has been returned and assessed. This is to verify no warranty breaches have taken place. Please check out our warranty page for more information. 

Christmas returns: Ozmosis will authorise a change of mind refund up until Sunday 9th January 2022 for any goods purchased between Monday 1st November 2021 – Friday 24th December 2021. Other regular returns terms remain applicable.

Please ensure your return is within the returns period, all orders outside of this will be returned to sender. Note this time limit and any processes or procedures outlined apply only to our change of mind returns and do not in any way impact upon, deny or derogate from non-excludable consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law or similar laws

Step 1: Read and Agree to returns policy

Do you meet the below criteria? If so check the box and move on to printing your label. 

1. Within timeframe

Item was returned within 30 days of purchase.

2. Product Condition

The item has not been worn, marked, used or damaged, and includes all original tags, stickers and packaging.

3. Online Only

Item was purchased via the offical online store.

STEP 2: Pack & Label your item(s)

Any items being returned need to have an Australia Post returns label on them. You can generate this label by following the link below. Please pack your return in its original re-usable packaging.
