ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Christmas Online Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as Ozmosis will only approve a change of mind exchange or refund until the 13th of January 2013 for goods that have been purchased between the 12th of November and 31st of December 2012 subject to the following:

1. Proof of purchase has been provided.
2. The reasonable age and condition of the items purchased has been assessed and items returned are in a re-sellable and acceptable condition.
3. Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale.

Ozmosis offer this policy in addition to your statutory rights.

There is no change of mind refund on sale items.

Returns Policy
Ozmosis is committed to customer satisfaction and would like to make your online shopping experience as easy and hassle free as possible. If you receive any full price merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us along with the invoice within 14 days of purchase, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund*.

*Change of mind refunds not applicable on Sale items.

Unless faulty all returned items must be in their original condition.
Upon return of faulty goods, our returns department will assess and forward on to the manufacturer. If the item is being repaired we will inform of the estimated date of completion via email. The repaired item will then be posted back to you free of charge. If the item can not be repaired or replaced you will be refunded as soon as possible after the assessment.

What is the return policy for sale items?
We are more than happy to offer an exchange on sale items purchased on the site. However, please note that we do not allow refunds for change of mind. If the item is faulty, normal refund conditions apply.

How do I return an item?
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
1. Complete the Exchanges & Returns section on the lower part of your invoice & enclose with your merchandise you wish to return. Be sure to tick the appropriate box alongside each item you wish to return to ensure prompt turn around.
2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are enclosed in a satchel for protection or their return may be refused.
3. Label your package with the below address, making sure you cover or remove any original shipping label.

4. Attend your local Post Office and send to the specified address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as Ozmosis is not liable for lost return parcels.
5. Ozmosis will then gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product via eParcel.

I have lost my Invoice with the Returns Section. What do I do?
If this is the case please contact our customer service team by email customerservice@ozmosis.com.au or phone (03) 9701 9800 so we can re-issue you with an invoice.

What happens to my return when it reaches Ozmosis?
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.Refunds for credit card payments will be automatically issued to your bank account, please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to show in your account due to bank processing time. Refunds for PayPal payments will be issued back to your PayPal account within 5 business days of us confirming receipt of your return. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email from us within 10 days of posting your order back to us, please contact our Customer Service department and we will help you to find it. If you have a tracking number for this parcel, please inform us of this.

Do Ozmosis pay for my return shipping?
If the returned item was damaged, defective or if the incorrect item was shipped to you then Ozmosis will pay for the return shipping cost upon assessment, as well as the shipping for the new item.In the case of reimbursement of shipping, a receipt is required to be sent with the return.If the returned item was what you ordered but turned out to be not exactly what you were hoping for (i.e. you weren`t happy with your choice of size, colour, style) then we ask that you pay for the cost of returning that item to us. We think that`s only fair. We will however cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

In-Store Gift Vouchers

All Ozmosis In-Store Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the purchase date

These can be redeemed at all Ozmosis, Waves Surfwear and City Surf retail stores. 

In-Store Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferrable. In-store Gift Vouchers cannot be used on the Ozmosis online store. 

If an In-Store Gift Voucher is only used in a part payment, the remaining value will be valid for 6 months from the last use of the voucher. This will in the form of a credit note.

If an In-Store Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, Ozmosis are not responsible and are not obligated to replace or redeem the lost/stolen/damaged voucher. 

Once the In-Store Gift Voucher has expired, Ozmosis reserve the right to remove it from the system and render it null and void.

Online Gift Vouchers

All Ozmosis Online Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the purchase date

An Online Gift Voucher can be partly redeemed. This does not extend the life/expiry of the voucher, and the vouchers validity will remain at 12 months from the purchase date.

Online Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferrable. 

Online Gift Vouchers cannot be used in Physical Ozmosis `Bricks and Mortar` stores . 

If an Online Gift Voucher  is lost or stolen, Ozmosis are not responsible and are not obligated to replace or redeem the lost/stolen/damaged voucher. 

Once the In-Store Gift Voucher has expired, Ozmosis reserve the right to remove it from the system and render it null and void.
