DELIVERY 

We use Australia Post eParcel Express Post service for most deliveries Australia wide as they provide a fast, traceable and secure service. With its Express Post service Australia Post offer next business day delivery to most capital cities and major metropolitan areas. Regional and more remote areas can generally expect delivery within 2-5 days.

We also use various courier/freight services for the delivery of bulky/heavy items.

With the exception of bulky/heavy items all orders will be delivered according to Australia Post delivery routes and schedules. Please visit the Australia Post website to access more specific delivery information.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne.

Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) each working day will be shipped the following working day with delivery to most capital cities and major metropolitan areas within 2 working days from the time of order.*

Orders received over the weekend or on a Public Holiday observed in Victoria will be dispatched with the next business day. 

Ozmosis does not ship outside of Australia.

Bulky/Heavy items
We may use various courier/freight services for the delivery of bulky/heavy items. Delivery of these items may vary according to the delivery routes and schedules of the service selected to deliver the goods but can generally be expected within 2-5 working days.

Important: We strongly recommend that you provide a suitable delivery address as the package will need to be signed for.

Secure Delivery
If you`re not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they will leave you a card indicating the option for another delivery time or alternatively direct you to your local Post Office where you may pick up the parcel.
